A Constitutional lawyer has read the entire health care bill.

Having read the law, I agree wholeheartedly. We can rebel against this or go down easy. It is up to us.

The Truth About the Health Care Bills –

Michael Connelly, Retired Constitutional Attorney.

Well, I have done it! I have read the entire text of proposed House Bill 3200: The Affordable Health Care Choices Act of 2009. I studied it with particular emphasis from my area of expertise, constitutional law. I was frankly concerned that parts of the proposed law that were being discussed might be Unconstitutional.

  1. Reblogged this on These Christian Times and commented:
Here is some good stuff on the ongoing Obamacare debacle. I also added some other WordPress readers takes and opinions about the issue. Please click on links and read. It is sad to read the scope of all these laws being put in place while it attacks and destroys the constitution. It looks like the Main Stream Media once again is silent on what is in Obamacare. Leave to bloggers and alternative media sources that have the guts to stand up for the truth

  2. Hi, Barbara. I note that the Bill Connelly was referring to was apparently not the one that was passed. Also, the Supreme Court apparently declared ObamaCare constitutional in 2012. I truly oppose ObamaCare because its socialistic nature has no place in our free-market economy.

With its constitutionality established by the Supreme Court, the only thing we can do is elect a conservative president and retake the Senate, so that the entire law can be repealed.

Even if Connelly’s piece is outdated, his heart is in the right place. We just need to get used to the fact that Barry has put Americans between a rock and a hard place, and there are no easy solutions. Let’s elect a conservative president and take back the Legislative Branch from the Bolsheviks and the spineless Republicans like Boehner and McCain.
